Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) has become one of the most common childhood disruptive behavior disorders. Various approaches have been used in the treatment of ADHD. The purpose of the study was to reduce Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and study the effect on Academic readiness in a sample of school children. semi-experimental method was used. The study was applied on a sample contained (10) male children. They were divided into two groups, control and experimental each of which contained (5) male children of Abd Elaziz Radwan Primary School, Sharqia Governorate, with age mean of (9.6) year. Both groups were matched in age, intelligence, socio-economic and cultural status. The study used Socio-economic and Culture status form, The Mental abilities test, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder scale, a Multimodal treatment program. Statistical analyses included Man-whitney, Wilcoxon test and z value for independent samples, Wilcoxon test and z value for paired sample. The results revealed efficiency of the program in reducing ADHD and improving Academic Readiness.
